Weight Lifting For a 24/7 Fat Loss

If you’re looking for the core way to make and create a 24/7 Fat Loss fitness routine you need to look no further than weight lifting.

Weight lifting is at the base of what it takes to achieve a full time, full blast, massive fat burning. You can do quite well with any resistance training, really, even bodyweight training, but the main thing you need are weights because they provide you with the easiest way to do strength training and this is the best way for you to boost your metabolism.

But how do yo need to do weight lifting to achieve a 24/7 Fat Loss? What are some of the principles you need to follow?

1. You need to use heavy weights. There is simply no way to get really fast results and a big fat loss without them. You’re not going to the gym just to pass the time. You need to work those muscles hard to make your body burn a lot of fat and to achieve a big metabolism increase.

2. You should use free weights and not just machines. Some people say that you should use free weights alone and never machines. I don’t agree. Machines have their place, especially when you’re starting out and trying to learn how to do a particular exercise. However, you shouldn’t use machines alone because they provide an unrealistic workout experience. When you use free weights you’re working in a natural way. Your muscles have to help you stabilize your weights. You can’t rely on the machine to do it for you. This creates a better workout.

3. Train 3 – 4 times each week – One or two workouts are simply not enough. You need to work more often. If your workouts are hard, you should do quite nicely with just 3 – 4 training sessions each week.

4. Use a variety of exercises and weights – You can and should use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, and whatever else you find that you can lift, push, pull, etc. Train your body in a variety of ways with a large number of tools and you will see how it changes your body. It simply works far better than doing just a single type of exercise. Try different things and the results will not disappoint you.

5. Work with a lot of movements in your exercises – Don’t just sit in a chair and do bicep curls. Do exercises which include big movements such as forward lunges, burpees, standing shoulder presses, pull ups, etc. The bigger your exercise is, the better it will likely work your body. Try it and you’ll see.

24/7 Fat Loss Is Scheduled For October

Among the many fitness experts whose work I read, follow, and use are Craig Ballantyne and Joel Marion. These are two of the best people to learn from when it comes to fitness and fat loss. This is why I was very excited to learn that they have joined hands and decided to release a new program together.

In this blog, I plan to review the 24/7 Fat Loss plan and to keep you informed as I learn more and more details about it. I am starting early because I want to be sure that I’m giving you all the information that you will need to make the right decision about this program.

At the moment, this plan is scheduled to be released in October. I don’t know exactly when during that month. So, we’ve got about 2 months until it will be open for registration. Until then, I will keep you informed about all the details that I learn.
